First capital of the Ottoman Empire: home of peaches, kebabs, chestnuts and textiles
I've never seen such a big tea tray! The owner was taking tea around the market stallholders. He filled the glasses from a huge teapot in his other hand.
I have already seen those trays, never so cramped by glasses. Do they still use those shiny shoulder tea urns?
They do, but I haven't seen them used for tea, mostly for serving cherry juice or lemonade in the summer.Actually it was the most cramped tray I have seen too. Have you been many times to Turkey?
