Tophane is situated on a small hill overlooking Bursa, and it is where this view over Bursa was taken from. The Tophane clock tower is in the Tophane park, and dates from 1906.

Interesting shot. So you can climb up inside the clock tower? What is it like inside?
Actually I don't know if you can go inside. It has always been closed when I've been up there, in any case. Must be a good view from the top though!
How strange! I must have been there, but I don't even remember this! I guess three decades is a long time for the feeble-minded.
