This man is making pide, a kind of Turkish pizza in the shape of a boat. Inside it usually has either meat or cheese (or both...) In the front of the picture you can see the balls of dough ready to be shaped into the pide.

That cooking blog is fantastic! I'm a little surprised because book publishers usually don't want to give so much quality away. I love that it has pictures of each dish - I find food hard to think about if I can't see it. Thank you.
